A new concrete path has been added to the river end of the new track which allows easy access from the river track on to the Criterium circuit.

This is one of a number of concrete sections that have been added to improve the access to the track.
There was an issue for cyclists with the barriers at point where the entrance to the carpark crosses the track. At this point a cyclist could not get past when the gates are open to car traffic because the barriers block the track, and cyclists could not get onto the track from the road without going into the mud. Short ramps have been added to allowing cyclists to get onto the track at this point and to by-pass the barriers at slow speed.
There is also a path extending from the new carpark inside the track out to the large Barwon Valley Activity Centre car park, and a cross over section near the Southern end of the track to allow allow for more subdivision of the track into smaller sections.
